Member representing Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North Federal Constituency, Hon. (Dr.) Anthony Adebayo Adepoju, has facilitated federal government job opportunities for another two constituents in the federal constituency.
Receiving one of the two newly employed lecturers in his office at the National Assembly of Nigeria on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, Hon. Adepoju said the constituency he represents is one, urging the community people to stop paying attention to the things that divide them.
The lawmaker stated that what he prays for every day is to leave the constituency better than how he met it regardless of the number of years God Almighty has ordained him to spend as a member of the Nigerian House of Representatives.
According to the lawmaker, the development of the constituency should be the priority of everyone, as no one knows what the future holds for the beneficiaries of his ongoing job opportunities in the constituency.
Hon. Adepoju expressed that the only thing that gives him sleepless nights is no other thing than how to make a lasting impact on the lives of everyone in the constituency, saying his political ambition is secondary once the former is achieved.
He congratulated Mr. Oyewole Ponmile Opeyemi on his employment as a lecturer at the Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology; he also extended the same to Mr. Ayoade Adekunle, who was unavoidably absent during the presentation of the employment letters.
In his words of appreciation, Mr. Oyewole thanked the lawmaker for being a special breed of politician who takes life with ease and one who treats everyone equally regardless of their religious, socioeconomic and political background. He said the Ibarapa-born lawmaker cum technocrat has started human capital development, a monumental project that will live after him.
Also, the Balogun Eniayewun-Ayoade Dynasty, in their letter of appreciation signed by Mr. Richard Adeoye Ayoade on behalf of the family and made available to the office of the lawmaker on Wednesday, expressed their deepest gratitude and appreciation to the lawmaker for helping their son (Ayoade Adekunle) secure employment as a lecturer at the Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology.
The proud family commended the lawmaker’s dedicated services to his constituency, saying they are very proud of what God has used the honourable lawmaker to facilitate to the constituency.
“There are indeed no suitable words with which to thank you for helping us secure this invaluable opportunity. Your human capital development of our youths and commitment to the development of our constituency in every area have no equal! You have made a significant impact on our community and I am grateful for your continued commitment to ensuring that our youths are developed and gainfully employed,” the letter read in part.
However, the lawmaker thanked his constituents for their support and for supporting the prosperous Oyo State-led administration under the leadership of His Excellency, Engr. Oluwaseyi Makinde. He thanked all the members of the Peoples Democratic Party at both the federal, state and local levels, saying their continued support has made it possible for him to serve his constituency passionately.
